General Shipping Info
– I typically try to get orders shipped within 1-2 days after receiving the invoice. If I am out of town doing gourd shows/events it may be delayed depending on the length and location of the show I am attending. You can find more information on shows I attend and the duration of my absence, in the Events Calendar Link. Moore Whimsies is a one person business, so I thank you in advance for your patience when a delay occurs. My goal is to provide fast shipping and excellent customer service.

Returns
– If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), please utilize the contact us link and you may return the items in question for one of equal value or for a refund. Please note that returns must be in original condition and the cost of shipping is not refunded, only the cost of the product. I must be notified within 10 days of receipt of the item in order for a refund to be issued. **PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME ITEMS SUCH AS PAINTS, OILS, GLUES AND WOOD HARDENER ARE NOT CONSIDERED “ORIGINAL CONDITION” IF THE SEAL HAS BEEN BROKEN, THEREFORE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.**

Shipping
-We offer standard shipping (approximately 5-7 business days) Expedited shipping (approximately 2-3 Business days) and overnight shipping (next day). Charges are calculated based on which of the shipping methods you choose, the weight of each individual item, your chosen form of payment and calculated live from the United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS websites based on the location the order will be shipped. At this time I do not ship internationally.

Ordering — To place an order, you will find an invoice template located at the bottom of this page. Simply download the template, fill it out to completion and email it to me at moorewhimsies@gmail.com. Once I get your invoice I will calculate shipping costs and email you with a total balance to remit payment.

Payment types — We accept most forms of payment including but not limited to: All major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Checks (make all checks payable to: Moore Whimsies), Cash, and PayPal. **Please note if you choose to remit payment via Check or Cash, we do not ship your order until payment has been received.**

Changes/Cancellations — If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and have your invoice number handy.

Taxes — Please know taxes are set at $0 for all orders outside of the state of Arkansas. Any orders placed that are within the state of Arkansas will be taxed at the State rate of 6.5%. For questions on taxes feel free to call/email me.

Privacy Policy: 
– We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
